If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will review your request and may offer a replacement.
3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
All juices and wellness shots are carefully packaged and delivered in insulated packaging to help maintain freshness during transit.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package when possible.
4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receiving your order, all products must be refrigerated immediately.
Keep juices and shots stored in the refrigerator at all times and consume within the recommended timeframe.
5. DRINKING INSTRUCTIONS
Shake well before drinking (natural separation may occur)
Best consumed fresh
Keep refrigerated at all times
Do not consume if left unrefrigerated for extended periods
6. PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
All perishable items, including cold-pressed juices and wellness shots, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Change of mind
Missed deliveries
Improper storage after delivery
7. NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
8. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
